Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all customers making purchases on our website. Here are the key aspects of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

All products purchased will be shipped to your provided address within 3-6 business days. Please note that orders will not be delivered on national and public holidays. The shipping timeline, from dispatch to delivery, is influenced by environmental and external factors and typically falls within 7-10 working days. During peak periods, there may be slight delays, but rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring your orders reach you promptly. In cases of regular delays, our customer service team will promptly contact you to expedite shipment.

Rates

Orders above $100 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be determined during the checkout process. Please be aware that Magnetic Buds reserves the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is prepared for delivery. This email will also include a tracking ID, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

Change of Shipping Address

Any modifications to your shipping address, particularly after order confirmation, may incur additional charges and lead to delays.

Shipping Sources

Orders eligible for free shipping will be handled by third-party services, typically arriving within 2-8 business working days after processing. Please be aware that our shipping procedures may be subject to changes in response to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic. Your understanding and patience during such times are greatly appreciated.


Product Return and Refund Policy

Please carefully review our policies regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Return Policy

You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days from the order placement date to receive a refund of the purchase price. Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging qualify for a refund (shipping charges are excluded).

Return Processing

To initiate a return, please contact us and submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise. For returns involving promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gifts, etc.) must be returned. Failure to return a promotional item included in the original transaction will result in a deduction of the promotional item’s value from the refund (shipping charges are excluded). For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, report the issue to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items that are defective or damaged, and exchanges are only offered for the exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged, causing the defect, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Exchange Policy

You may expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. To expedite the exchange, place the new order and inform us of the new invoice number by using the contact form. The new order will be at your cost, and once the unwanted item(s) is returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s) (shipping charges are excluded). Please consult with your customer service agent before placing your new order.

How to Request a Return/Exchange/Refund:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page or via email at [email protected] to confirm if your item is eligible for return before proceeding further. Our designated agent will provide instructions for the next steps.
  2. Repackage the item, including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. This means that everything must be returned exactly as it was initially sent to you. Inadequate repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise may result in the refusal of your return and the forfeiture of any refund or replacement item. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused and undamaged. Do not use a regular envelope for returns, as it does not provide adequate packaging and can lead to items being lost or damaged during transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required and can be obtained free of charge from USPS when sending Flat Rate Priority Mail.
  3. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package and specify whether you prefer a refund for the item or a replacement item to be sent.
  4. For defective returns, you will receive a pre-paid return label. For non-defective returns, you will be provided with the return address by our agent.
  5. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received in satisfactory condition.
  6. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving the items and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
